Alpha-amylase Synthesis (Summer 2012 and Fall 2012): this was initially supported by IRBM/UBM in Summer 2012 and became a part of the senior project in Fall 2012.
Choanoflagellate swimming motility and feeding mechanism (Summer 2013, Summer 2014): the projects were funded by Murchison Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowships from Trinity University.
Escherichia coli Chemotaxis (Fall 2013, Summer 2014, Summer 2015): the project was started in the Math Modeling class then became the BioMath project supported by NSF-UBM-IRBM for two summers.
Evaporation Rate of a Sessile Drop (Spring 2013, Summer 2015): the project was introduced in the Numerical Analysis class then continued as a research project after that.
Fast, Accurate, and Robust Terrain Corrections using Curvature-Based Resolution Refinement and the Right-Rectangular Prism Method (Spring 2014): this was the senior project.
Heat Shock Protein Synthesis (Fall 2012) : this was a project in the Math Modeling class.
Modeling E. coli chemotaxis at a population scale using parallel programming (Spring 2015): this was the CS honor thesis and a Math senior project.

Presidential Election (Fall 2012, Fall 2013, Summer 2015): this was introduced in the Math Modeling class in Fall 2012 and continued as a research project.
Protein/Lipid Interactions (Fall 2012 & Spring 2013, Summer 2013, Fall 2013): this was introduced in the Math Modeling class in Fall 2012 and continued as a research project.
